The only thing they want here is to get as much money out of you as they can. They do not take care of you personally, you have to do everything. And even then they charge you for the consultations. They also wouldn't let me pick up my pills, since they were supposedly already collected, even though I had not picked them up yet. And they wanted to charge me all over again. I'm not coming back here.

I was eager to join this program but was told it would be 2 weeks before I could get a telemedicine. I went ahead and scheduled because the reviews were great. Well- it’s been a while since they have received any new reviews and now I see why. I called the day of my appointment to tell them I received zero info yet- I gave them my name and they said they would send me a link right before. That everything was good to go. Then 10 minutes after my appointment was scheduled they call and say they don’t have the paperwork I submitted- I did submit it. Then said I could submit it and basically “they guess” they can still do my appointment today. No apologies at any point. Nothing. So right now I’m supposed to be refilling out my paperwork but decided it best to write a review instead. This place is a joke. Don’t waste your time like I did.

Did new patient paperwork, provided the representative with all the answers she asked and was placed on hold and disconnected, Nitosha seems like a very nice person just the communication and the excessive hanging up/placed on hold for no unknown reasons is very rude and unprofessional, I was hung up on, called back at 12 and said the office was close
