Revised review: I spoke with the owner about the high charge for the lockout. He admitted that this was wrong, and that his staff made a mistake. He reduced it by $80, so $160, which is more reasonable. Bottom line: He made it right, and did so without a fuss. Kudos for that. Original review: Called them for a house lockout. The price was $40 for the service call, and $200 for the unlock. Outrageous. Since I was stuck, I had to pay, but I was ripped off.
