Had some equipment that I had been looking for usually found at other pricey gyms. Decent price for a year package. And they mention if you pay for the year upfront you don't have to worry about being charged again the next year unless you ask. Basketball court. And plenty of equipment for those busy times. Hidden gem of course. Kids club but not sure the cost.

A great gym. A few things that disappoint would be that the basketball court always seems to have some school teams training so can rarely use it. And that some machines and racks weight labels have peeled off but they were never replaced.

I mean... There's not much to say... It's a gym... There's weights... You workout... It's a five star experience for me cause... I workout here... I suppose you might rate it lower if you expected something other than... A workout... Update: So it's been a few months since I worked out and I've been feeling pretty lame about my health. When I walked in the door, I mentioned that it had been a while since I'd been... The guy at the front desk literally hyped me up. He didn't say much, all he said was "heck yeah Bro" but boy did that make me feel better and I ended up having a great workout. I left the gym in pain😂 It doesn't take much to make someone's day and these guys know it.

The gym is very clean and well maintained. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I love that it is 24hrs. It has an indoor basketball court and you can always play pick up. They have a ton of equipment from free weights to machine weights, treadmills, bikes etc. They monthly rate is low and affordable.

Yes, offered in the morning and evening m-thurs. And Saturday in the morning. Your child can stay up to two hours. My son loves it there and the girls are awesome

No, it is not part of Fitness Project. This gym only has 2 locations, Bedford and Arlington.
Sauna has been open since we opened back in May 2020. We are working on a plan to open kids club and will announce the dates soon.

We do have Kid's Club and the hours are Mon - Fri morning 8:00AM - 12:00PM and evening 5:00PM - 9:00PM, Saturday 8:00AM - 12:00PM.
