We’re big supporters of giving blood to do our part to save lives. Carter is one organization that makes you want to donate. The people care and it shows when they take a stab to get your blood. It is nice to know they are there if you need blood.

No, Carter doesn't pay for blood products. They only do donations. This rationale is to keep the blood supply free from infectious agents by not making money and incentive. Additionally it helps to keep fees for products as low as possible. For profit plasma centers typically sell their products for manufacturing use.
