Nice trail walk with different options for length. Lots of signs at junctions.

This is always the first place I stop when I travel north to get that first breath of northern fresh air. Love the trails and the non-modern bathrooms are always clean.

Great trails, marked well and easy to follow. Beautiful scenery awaits you at the top! Take the whole loop up, you wont regret it!!!

Laurentian Divide is awesome! One year we took my young cousin here and he somehow found an urn in the bushes. Weird. Then we happened to take him the next year, and he found the urn again! And yes, we made him put it back. (Our apologies to the deceased if he/she was bothered by the interruption). There are very cool walking and biking trails here, but be warned that they are not very well marked and tend to be very muddy and slippery if it's wet outside. This is a great place to do photography. I know because I brought a photographer and she stopped like, every 20 seconds to take more pictures, lol.

The Laurentian Divide does not divide countries but divides the direction of the flow of water and where it leads. North of the divide flows into the Mississippi and down into the Gulf of Mexico. South of the divide the water flows into the Great Lakes and the southeastern part of the country.
