Around Easter of 2019 delivery man ate all the delivered candy leaving wrappers in yard. In 2022 ups was supposed to deliver the package to the postal office hince why I have another tracking ID meant for USPS. They did not deliver to the postal office instead tried delivering it themselves when the company that we got our order from knows about the troubles we have. Including ups agreeing to talking to our landlord about a key so they could deliver but they lied they never did get a key.

Closed on December 6th and told to go to another 3rd party location. That location did not have everything that is needed to ship. How can a UPS center be closed during holiday shipping season? FedEx here I come!!

How lazy can you be? I have a bin outside my door clearly marked for packages/boxes. Not only did the driver disregard the bin, but he also chucked it from the sidewalk. The original guy that was on this route was spot on, top notch. This new guy is absolutely worthless and spare parst. Not the first time this has happened, sadly won’t be the last cause the management won’t do anything.

Apparently made a "final attempt" to deliver an extremely important package. I was home during this apparent "final attempt." You did NOT make this attempt, and when I call to inquire about my package, today is the last day for me to drive 30 minutes to pick up a package at a facility that has the extremely convenient hours of 230pm-530pm. This review won't get me anywhere, but, you should be ashamed of yourselves. Your delivery driver DID NOT make a final attempt at the time, or maybe even date of when it says they did. This package was a medication that, had it actually been delivered when it says it was attempted to be, would have arrived in plenty of time. Now, it is potentially a problem of causing a medical issue. Stop hiring drivers that lie, and contain a little more integrity. And yea, my name isn't real, don't need you tampering with any other package that a business would mistakenly choose you to handle.

No there is not. If you wait outside and you are in a line of people, there may be a worker that steps out and will pick up your package if it is sealed, the label is paid for and it's ready to go. Otherwise, you are allowed one person at a time to get your business done at the register if you need a receipt, are picking up a package etc. The UPS store is the way to go for dropping off packages and basic shipping help and supplies. You can use the drop off box at 230 north 1st avenue at 1st bank or go to jays pack n ship at 1018 8th st. South
Yes and 2:30pm to 5:30 pm is the times that are posted outside
Til the driver's truck is empty so anywhere from 6pm to 10pm
