USPS does a much better job. Why can't FedEx give me the option to let the driver know I want them to leave my package in this thing called a "mail box"? The USPS can do it, you should too. There should be an option for me to authorize FedEx to leave a package without making me sign, but they do not allow for this and instead come to my house 3 different days besides Saturday and Sunday and lie about attempting to deliver the package. If you attempted to deliver, why not leave a note? Or ring the doorbell? Now my package is being sent back just because FedEx can't figure out how to use a mail box!!!

Top notch customer service and support! I had 2 very meaningful pictures that I wanted to get printed fast (canvas or thick poster board). Kenzie (sp) contacted me several times to clarify questions and provide suggestions on how the prints would look best from my online order. I really appreciate, not only how quickly they were completed but also how they cared to make them just how I envisioned. When I picked them up they were just as I wanted. I didn't catch the name of the person who gave me my order but he was very friendly and kind. I picked them up @5pm NYE and still had great service. I will be going back for additional canvas prints. THANK YOU!

Hayden is super cool! Helped me and was overall super friendly! I wanted to let the store manager know, so I called and I was told to call the customer service line. Calling the customer service line was a headache in itself. So I hope Hayden or someone "important" sees this. Give the man kudos!

I've gone into this business four times in the past year, and every time the staff and service was nothing less than excellent. The last three of those visits were Kenzie helping me, then Crystal, and then once it was both of them, and they are just awesome. Thanks ladies. You make it a pleasure to go in there.
