Is a disaster. I don't mind if they don't speak spanish, I understand but if you have to be referred to a specialst you'll get crazy. They're really incompetent.

I did web check in at another location. I received a call from this location saying that they did not have a wait. Two hours later I still haven’t been seen by a dr. My mom is in the car with my dog waiting FOR TWO HOURS when we were told there was no wait. And then, to top it off, after THREE HOURS of waiting, I was told they don’t have the injection I need for my migraine in stock. Now I have to wait another 2 hours- in agony, AND pay my copay AGAIN to be seen at another location. I have never been so angry!!!! NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN!!!!

Update: received a phone call at 5:10 p.m. asking if I had been seen. Clearly they're up on their game at this establishment. Save yourself the trouble and go literally anywhere else. My son and I were seen and treated at an emergency room finally in under an hour. I don't know how this place stays in business. Was sent here from another CareNow location with covid symptoms because they stated they only had a 30 minute wait. Received a phone call that it would be an hour and a half wait, so an hour and 40 minutes later we asked how much longer and they said an hour and a half. Front desk was extremely rude, and we're still sitting here running fever with no end in sight. Worst experience I've had at any urgent care.

Yes they have the pcr covid test
They accept walk ins but it may have changed due to a lot of people asking for testing. The wait time was long last week for covid testing so they weren't accepting walk ins. You should call or go in person, it may have changed.
