Kimberly H. Gave me attitude from the start. I was only in for an e passport drug test and I explained to her before anything my ID was expired but I had a form that served as a valid ID and when trying to explain to her she was just not having it. It was to the extent the company that interviewed me called and called and she wouldn’t answer the phone so I had to walk back in the building with the employer on the phone so she could talk to them so they could explain it indeed was a valid ID. She kept her pride up and kept saying it wasn’t possible at all and wouldn't let the employer speak to the manager, until Stacy got involved and she was so helpful. Figured out a solution and finally got my drug test done. Kimberly H than still proceeded to mumble stuff under her breath even though everything was resolved. She needs to re evaluate her attitude and pride if she is going to keep a job dealing with people. Also learn to treat employer that have accounts with care now with respect because I’m pretty sure they wouldn’t be happy loosing a big account. Never experienced such a bad, unnecessary situation.

Extremely rude security lady. Plenty of stops out front. If you can’t park there, maybe put up a sign?
