More like regional fusion. I'm a corporate chef and I will definitely go back. i was with a large group of chefs and food service managers so we sampled alot of their menu. Everything we had was delicious. I had the scallop entree and was in heaven. The Peach Tea Wheat Beer is AMAZING!!!!!
