Let me first say I have had several services here the older gentleman I didn’t catch his name is great at his job along with the woman who does eye brow waxing. The beginning of august I called for a spa pedicure and a dip powder manicure they said yes I could come in I made an appointment for an hour out. It was a Sunday and I did not realize it as I was getting out of work they did not let me know that their store closed early that day. I got there for my pedicure and manicure and Tony did a great job on the pedicure however it was very rushed and not worth the price that I paid he does do a good attempt at paying attention to detail but the massage and the time that the pedicure takes definitely did not add up as I’ve had several pedicures from here and never had a complete spa pedicure with massage under 40 minutes. Next on to the nails they were uneven and yellowed with in 3 days. I work within the food industry and had customers ask me where I went bc they looked that bad! (How embarrassing) The store closed around me bc they did not let me kno about early closing or denied the appointment which I would of been happier with leaving the worker to rush through the set. I paid the 130 and left bc what else can you do in a closed salon. I switched salons for my manicures from now on. I wanted to give the salon another try assuming maybe they just were tired in august. I called 2 hrs prior to the appointment and made sure it was okay, they said yes I got there it was dead. Low and behold I receive tony as my technician again. I figured I would give him another attempt, I did and left again disappointed. The color is great the polish is great, however the spa pedicure was done and over with in 30 minutes that includes tbe 10 minute massage. When using the older gentleman there was never a 20$ charge for gel; tony up charges every time. I chose the 50$ pedicure I had a coupon that would of made it 40$ I added on an eye brow wax 10$ totaling 50$ magically I paid 70$ leaving the salon. Make the prices make sense if your charging for gel state that to the client before hand. I believe tony could use a lot more practice and patience. To quick to get a client out of the salon.

I’ve been going to this salon since they opened. They are very nice, welcoming, and do great work. My only issue Is that they can be a little cheap. For example, even though they see me come in there all the time, if I don’t have the coupon with me, they charge me full price. FINALLY I remembered the coupon after months/years… And they charged me $5 MORE for services when I use the $10 coupon?! Not for anything, but I tip generously when I go there and get upgraded services like mani and pedis, gel manicure etc. Come on guys, you can do better!
