I got charged 280 dollars to have two tires mounted and balanced. I needed the tubes they were 60. 20 dollars tax and 200 labor. I could have gotten all the tools to do the job myself at that price. They also don't actually balance or use weights they use ride on balancing fluid. Also they rode my bike 4 miles and it had a full tank of gas when it came in. When I left I ran out of gas and had to hit reserve after 40 miles. They also said they were trying to call me but I wouldn't pick up. My voice-mail wasn't setup but that shouldn't have prevented phone calls from anyone. All in all a huge disappointment and it would suffice to say I will not be coming back. These bikes are too easy to work on to get charged that much. For reference I paid 200 dollars at goodyear to have FIVE 31 inch tall all terrain tires mount and balanced and we know how difficult those truck tires are to get balanced right.

I needed two motorcycle tires mounted on wheels. I called in advance to see how much it cost to mount and balance. They told me 50 dollars a wheel. I went and dropped off the rims and new tires. A few hours later I received a call saying my wheels are ready, but it's a little more than she quoted me. The reason it was more was, because I needed tubes. The total was about 225. They don't actually balance the wheels. They use "ride-on" which is a liquid they put in the wheel that "balances it". I question the lifespan of the Fluid they put in the wheel, plus they charged 28 dollars for that. It's very disappointing that I called in advance to see how much it would cost, and it was more than double. They didn't damage the wheels, but they were covered in the balancing liquid when I picked them up. They asked if I wanted to take my wheels with me and I said I don't need them. They charge 10 dollars to dispose of them. I realized after I paid and then asked if I could take them with me Instead. I wish they would have called me before they decided to install new tubes. It would have been nice if they told me the actual total when I called. I would have gone somewhere else. I don't think I'll go back. Update. The woman at the front desk is a nice lady. She emailed me a quote that was closer to what they actually charged. She said it would be roughly 160 dollars. she also said in the email that they use that "ride-on" fluid to balance.
