More like regional fusion. I'm a corporate chef and I will definitely go back. i was with a large group of chefs and food service managers so we sampled alot of their menu. Everything we had was delicious. I had the scallop entree and was in heaven. The Peach Tea Wheat Beer is AMAZING!!!!!

I am not sure either. One of my party is Vietnamese born and raised. He verifies authenticity of all Vietnamese restaurants he visits by trying their Pho Bo. He said it is authentic and delicious.
