Been coming to this place for 5 years now and have recommended everyone I have come across to it… but tonight was the last straw. I agree they have def forgotten what customer service is, and I don’t expect a lot. Tonight I had Nikki and Linda. Nikki with my nails and Linda with my pedi. To ensure that I get what I want because I am picky with how my nails look I filed and did my own shape before I went in. (Only because I don’t see someone consistently) anyways I had only done 2 of my nails to give an example of what shape I was looking for. I arrived at 6 always making sure I don’t go super late close to when they close to ensure they don’t have to rush to finish. The nail tech Nikki looked at the example I had already given her and said your nail too short to do that maybe next time. Confused because I had done it on myself I was like no I want it that shape she proceeded to barley round them off. I felt rushed and she knew I didn’t like them so she just got done and walked off. As for the pedicure they have a whole section on gel and dip same colors so you can match. After the pedicure Linda looked up and goes haha the color doesn’t really match. I said no it doesn’t and she goes haha it ok. No it’s actually not ok, it’s not like this place is cheap so maybe they should take a look at the reviews and stop doing cheap rushed work. Unfortunately for them there are a lot of nail salons in Dallas to chose a different place.

There is a reason why this place is rated the way it is. They over charged me, my friend and 2 other people while we were there. I was waiting for my friends and the person that did my nails left by the time I checked out. I asked the person who checked me out if he could explain my bill. He told me had no idea. I then asked if they had standard pricing and he said yes but I don’t know why you were charged $15 dollars extra. I got French tips, my own nails, same shape, dip. Be sure you are paying attention to the charges.

Me and my sister went on Monday 10-3! First the chair to get a pedi wasn’t working to get a massage, then they did my pedicure in like 15 min they didn’t remove all my dead skin I wanted square toes and they did them half oval and some square I also got dipped powder nails! I payed extra for long nails and some of them look straight and some look curved. They are also already cracking and already broke 2 and it’s only been a few days!!! Never going to this place again payed 103$ for a poor job!! I still payed I’m not the type to make a big scene!!

GOD-Awful technicians, incompetent and c leaving the salon each time with cut up bleeding fingers. Management did nothing about the problem. RUN FOR YOUR LIFE!
