If you're looking for a bad experience then you found the perfect place. I usually go to the Oscar Nail Spa in Carrollton, and i absolutely loved it there. I started going every 2 weeks, the staff is so friendly & they recognize me and my friend anytime we go.Now we went to this place because i moved & it was closer. Soon as we walked in we were greeted poorly. Chose the color and sat down, & they immediately asked whos gonna pay & what the balance was. They asked twice again after that. The person that did my nails was extremely rude, we felt like they were talking about us the whole time we were there. When i tried to be friendly they made it clear they weren't here to chat. The pedicure was so minimal, no gel no lotion. They were trying to get us out of there asap. And the cherry on top was our nails were horrible. The nail polish looked so old & chapped, she added some liquid to it & kept applying it. A lady sitting next to me asked what color did i pick, she liked it. So i went to the lady that did my nails & told her a customer asked for it & if she could give it to her. And she said that she can't since it was no good & she got rid of it. Which made me wonder why wouldn't she tell me that & have me choose another color. Clearly that was too much work for her. We were very disappointed & are never coming back to this location.

This place is garbage. Do not go here. The lady that was doing my friends nails was so condensing. They also didn't tell her the color she choose was going bad until the color was applied to the hands and feet and another customer asked what that color was. There is so much clutter and they did a terrible job of painting our nails (didn't apply top coat correctly, didn't put enough layers (only did 2)). They also kept digging into my skin while doing my feet, I had to tell the lady twice to stop doing that because it hurt. I have been to many nail spots and this is by far the worst. Please save your money and time and go someplace else where they can do your nails right and treat you with kindness.

I love this place I explained what I wanted and I got it exactly perfectly done beautiful. So many compliments on my nails and it’s has been the same details each time. Love love love them and did I mention how quick they were in and out in 35 mins. Again with perfection.
