After touring the Keller location, the staff here seem fantastic. Unfortunately, Behavioral Innovations runs itself as a large corporation with a central hub for admissions and insurance. It has been an absolute nightmare dealing with this central hub to the point where my wife and I have been in tears over the challenges we have faced. After months of going back and forth about insurance (all while our son has severely regressed due to lack of services), we were told that the business does not accept our new insurance. We are two parents who are working extremely hard to get our nonverbal son the help he needs, and we are now at the point of losing hope that he will ever improve. We wish that we would have gone with a different company to begin with. Looking forward, we will be only looking for smaller ABA providers that handle everything at the office.

My 6 year old says this is THE most fun autism therapy she's ever has. I'm currently trying to get her sister approved here as well.

We accept state-sponsored plans like Medicaid at all our centers in Oklahoma and Colorado.
We have a dedicated team of billing specialists that will work with the insurance carriers on claims.
Policy coverage depends on the location. While we are in-network with most major carriers, state-sponsored plans depend on the center location.
We will work with just about any insurance company to cover the treatment of your child. However, coverage depends on your plan and approval from the insurance carrier. We will work with your carriers to identify eligibility and maximum benefits approved. We will tell you the exact copay and deductible that your insurance plan offers.
We follow a center-based model as it gives us more opportunities to interact with children in their environment. We do offer telehealth options on a case-by-case basis. Please contact our team to learn more.
After we confirm eligibility based on age and insurance, our Board-Certified Behavior Analysts conduct an initial consultation. This is typically a 3-4 hour evaluation completed in one of our centers. This evaluation will serve as the basis for a personalized treatment plan specific to your child’s needs.
