I keep having issues with the on-line banking. There on-line access frequently asks to call or text me to give ma a "code" so I can access my account. It has become an annoyance and today, it wasn't even calling my correct phone number to give me the code. Very annoying and I had to call the Twin Lakes branch to find out that for some reason, they no longer had my correct phone number. I asked who I can talk to in order to reduce how often their system wants to call me with a code so I can get in to my account. The number I was given to call put me through many different options of numbers for me to push but did not get me to a live person. I was on hold for a live person for over 15 minutes and finally gave up. Associated Bank's on-line banking gets zero stars from me. I am about ready to move my account to another bank.

This bank has closed my account with no notice and will not tell me why. They simply stated they have the right to terminate the “relationship with the customer” at anytime. I have only been a customer for 1 month. This bank will close your account for no reason and not give you answers. If you report an unauthorized charge guess what “they reserve the right” to not give you a temporary credit until after 10 business days, but on day number 9 they then state that the charge was authorized and then say that in order to prove it wasn’t you need to provide “legal documentation” to get your money back. Do NOT bank with Associated Bank.

I don't believe so. When you go into a location or call customer care, if they state there is a fee, ask for a manager and then ask for it to be waived. Out of all my retail banking experinace, i find that associated bank has the best customer service i have ever experienced. I usually go into a location, as it makes it more personal when they are looking at you face to face. ( that is my experience and suggestion). Hope all goes well
