This place is amazing. My kids had such A-blast coming to catapult in Federal Way.. Our experience was even greater because of Eddie. He displayed significant amounts of customer service, Making our experience even more pleasurable. Give this man a raise! We will be back.

We took my son and nephew here for a fun little Christmas vacation outing. We have been to Defy and thought we'd try Catapult. We brought the socks we bought at Defy, since on the website it says you have to have the slip free socks. Well apparently the socks from Defy were not good enough. So we had to buy theirs. The kids did have a lot of fun. My nephew is terrified of heights but wanted to try the obstacle course. There was a kid working, Mike, that was so patient with him and didn't get frustrated when he took forever to get up the courage to go across things. I did tell the manager how impressed I was with him. Apparently he was a new hire. There was a girl working that when my nephew finally got up the courage to do the zipline she acted like it was an inconvenience to her. I realize it took FOREVER for him to do it. He wasn't blocking other kids and moved out of the way when they came but come on. When you're working with kids you have to have patience. Even if you are a kid yourself. I posted the video of him going across on my Facebook and several people commented on her attitude without me even mentioning it. There was a part of the bounce house thing that was broken. I think it was supposed to spin and you jumped over it otherwise it would knock you down. The "arms" looked like they were barely hanging on. So it was shut off when we were there. We will give the one in Puyallup a try, now that it's open and MUCH closer to us. It was fun for the kids but my son said he preferred Defy.

The first time coming here with my little ones was definitely worth it. I even got the 20 dollar membership ship since it makes the most sense if you plan on coming back more than once a month. It only cost 20 bucks and a 10 dollar activation plan. Its definitely worth it. Since your little one will be able to jump fir 2 hours everyday for free as a member. Any additional hours only cost 5 bucks not a bad deal also you can bring a buddy for only 13 bucks. Such a great place to help your kids stay active and importantly have fun. Such alot of adventure and exploring its never ending. If you feel like joining your little one just for fun or to take pictures, you definitely can. BTW its cheaper for the adults to join in lol. I highly encourage to play inside and jump around making such loving memories that your little one will always remember 💓

Our two kids (age 8) and we all had a great time!! I talked with one of the owners- they’re short staffed and the only people applying are teenagers. They are doing the best they can and honestly I’m impressed with the quality of work with how little staff they had!! The workers were so nice to my kids and seemed very patient. Nothing was broken, all the attractions were in good working order. I would have given one extra star if the dodge ball area floor was clean. Given the amount of hair balls and such it’s obvious it has been awhile since it was cleaned. Makes me skeptical. But I did see them walking around and sanitizing. Also some kind of security procedures would be good. Who’s to say I left with my kids and not some one else’s? I appreciated the snack bar and air conditioning.
