All the negative reviews about this place are correct. It SUCKS!! I could not even buy what I needed, because nobody bothered to come and help with those locked items. And good for me! I'll take my money else where and going to avoid it like a plague!!

Since I know that people are usually more likely to leave a bad review when they’ve had a negative experience, I just wanted to share the positive experience I had with this CVS location. The CVS location that I typically fill my prescription at is almost always out of my medication and they’ve said numerous times they’d order it but then something goes wrong every month, and every time I swear they give me the run around and always give me different answers regarding how they can fix things. This month it was the same thing, so they said they’d transfer my prescription over to this location in Federal way but of course it was last minute and this location was closing in an hour. I called the federal way location and they were SO helpful! The woman I spoke with was incredibly sweet and just so kind and helpful. She double checked that they had what I needed and told me it would take them a little bit to get my prescription done and I should head over since they’d be closing in about 45 mins. On my way there I got a text saying my prescription was ready and when I got up to the counter she remembered talking with me on the phone, grabbed my order and had me checked out quickly. Even the people behind the counter working in the pharmacy were so friendly. I had a great experience here! It was much better than the usual location I go to. The store is also extremely nice, clean and organized. I feel like most pharmacies have kind of a tough gig, people are always in a hurry and the people who work in the pharmacy are super busy and are just doing their jobs. And I’m sure they have to deal with a lot of jerks. Just remember to be kind to them and try to be patient, they’re doing their best. CVS inside Target in Federal Way WA is the worst! I’m so disappointed, before they became CVS it was an amazing pharmacy experience and all the workers recognized me, there was never long waits. This pharmacy is awful! All the employees walking around behind the counter, like mindless zombies. Not knowing what they are doing & not ever making eye contact. Just standing in line I feel like I’m not even being acknowledged as a customer. Get it together!

Today was the fourth time that I have called this CVS location and had to wait over an hour and a half. I'm not saying they pick up after an hour and a half, I'm saying that's the point when I got sick of waiting so I called back and talked to the front store this time, just to let them know I've been waiting. I know they are understaffed, but every time I come into the store, they get through the pharmacy line very quickly, so I think they just don't look at their phone lines so they can prioritize filling orders and helping in-store customers. I have prescriptions that can't be refilled online and need to talk to them. The Fred Meyer and Rite Aid nearby aren't much better unfortunately, but at least they ANSWER THEIR PHONE after 20 minutes max. Again, when I'm in the store, the service is great, they are nice and quick and helpful, but their inability to answer the phone (the longest I've waited was 2 hours once) is just ridiculous.
