I was surprised that they didn’t have more of a variety of flavors. But I was surprised that they had so many toppings. One customer ahead of me ordered ice cream and the young lady who worked there did some fancy handwork with a metal paddle. She placed a slice of cake on top of the ball of ice cream then she started half chopping and half stirring the cake until it disappeared into the ice cream. Then she scooped up the ice cream and mashed cake into a cup and added the toppings. My six year old niece ordered Oreo cookie ice cream with gummy bears, chocolate chips and marshmallows on top.

Never order cake in this store.... I ordered mine 3 days in advance, and they didn't make my cake on time.... I had a birthday party without a cake😪 because of them, poor mykids asking for a cake 🎂

Giving this place a 1 star because i could not get help by the store employee due to the fact that she was busy on a personal phone call talking about her friends baby daddy! I dont know what type of business this place is running but personal cell phone use while on the clock should be a coachable offense in any retail situation. Please get your staff in check

I ordered and paid for a cake. I was told 24 hrs. Went back the next day, it wasn't ready. I was informed the manager left and the cake never set. I'm still waiting for my refund. It has been a week.

Hello thank you for asking! We take quite a few precautions when serving guest at our business. We limit the amount of customer that are allowed into the store at a time to one party We sanitize and clean touchpoint surfaces every 30 minutes We require guest and employees to wear mask at all times while in the store Employees not only wear gloves the entire time on shift but we also wash hands frequently and always between guest We have pickup, curbside and all third party deliveries available at your disposal We separate clean and dirty pens so you never touch a pen another customer uses when you sign a receipt We have a screen setup between customers and employees We also have a cleaning service, Stanley Steemer, come biweekly to clean and sanitize the store We want to always ensure your safety when you come to our location!
