Anytime I order a package and it shipped through UPS, they always try to deliver to the business below me. My hours and the hours of the business below me don't line up so I can never get my package from them. Last week they delivered a package and it took me until this week to be able to get it. But they never actually delivered the package there so now I just have to chalk the money up as a loss because I can't request a refund for an item that did not show up but was confirmed delivered. I would never choose UPS as an option, and when other businesses use them I am highly inconvenienced.

Very negative experience with their service center I had to come into this location twice and both times the lady (Robin) gave me different numbers and prices the 2nd time was higher than the 1st time... she kept measuring my package it seemed as if she was making up her own measurements and when I confronted her about it she called me retarded and said some racial slurs and basically told me to never return! not a problem I dont plan on it!😀

Seasonal driver delivered my package worth $2300 to wrong house. Luckily it was my neighbors house who brought me the package. Addresses clearly posted on mailboxes. No reason for mix up other than not paying attention. Marked on tracking number as delivered to front door of my address even though it was not. Never had this happen with regular drivers but seasonal drivers in personal cars seem to care less?

Rude people don’t have time for you even though they only take packages from 3pm to 6pm . Come on be happy or find another job.and have someone in the office full time that IS a people person. When you’re out running around early you can’t even stop in because they are closed till 3 pm . Dumb idea for hours opens and closing.
