We came in to purchase an appliance set. The salesman (Jonathan) wasn’t very knowledgeable or helpful in describing the set we wanted or features. He also misquoted a bunch of add ons and didn’t really honor our choice in a set and showed us different things. He actually didn’t show pieces of the set we liked because of looks and details, but wanted to show us items that were LESS than what was actually in the set. We told him price didn’t matter to us, but rather we knew what we wanted and needed to see it and get a price. He wasn’t friendly or excited to have our business. I actually told him he wasn’t a very good sales rep and needed coaching. We decided to work with another rep and she was much better at showing us what we wanted and details of such. We ended up buying from Big Sandy, as we liked the products, the price and the after sale options of delivery and such. They get a 4 for Jonathan and a 5 for everything else!

We had 18 year old appliances in our kitchen, and the refrigerator was quickly dying. We also wanted to change colors from our current white to black stainless, so wanted to purchase a package. We went in, not hopeful that we would be able to get a full package quickly, but we found an LG package that was perfect and could be delivered the same week! Dustin was fantastic and set everything up for us. No pressure to buy additional services we didn't need, but offered everything available. He was very busy that night, but when he was working with us, we got his full attention. When our appliances were delivered, we found out that our connectors on our water line would not fit the what was needed for the dishwasher. The delivery crew unloaded the new dishwasher to the garage and told us just to call when the fittings were changed and we were ready for dishwasher installation. My husband replaced the fittings and another crew came out and the following week and installed the dishwasher. Flawless process, all the way around! We will be shopping here again in the near future, as we are continuing to update our home and are so pleased with our experience here.

My experience was great! Staff was very helpful, they knew thier inventory and could answer questions right away. Not at all pushy but were readily available for questions. I found just the right sofa and chair with help from Summer and Dan. I have multiple health problems and shopping is very difficult for me so I was excited and grateful to have found what I wanted in Marion so I didn't have to travel out of town. My new furniture will be beautiful in my home and I am so excited to get it! All in all a very good experience . Thank you Big Sandy!

Loved our store experience, our salesman was very helpful. However, customer service is sorely lacking. We ordered a sectional couch paid extra to create a custom arrangement to fit our space. During delivery we realized that a section of the couch was missing and the pieces that were delivered are missing the bracket’s that attached the sectional together. When I called into the store I was informed the missing section was cancelled by us (why would I ever cancelled half of a couch) I was told our salesman had transferred stores and the sales manager would call us back to figure everything out (I was promised this would happen same day). After waiting 4 hours with no phone call I decided to follow up. When I called in I was told they were too busy today to call us back but would send another email to the manager. Maybe 2 hours later I get a call from the salesman stating it was a shipping error and he would make the arrangements to have the missing piece delivered in a week (we’ve already waited almost 2 months for this couch) when all the details were set up he would call us back that day to confirm everything. Still waiting on that phone call. So I have 1/2 a couch with no arm rests. Hoping this is resolved in a timely manner.
