This is the most unprofessional branch out of all of the other Maryhaven branches I have worked with. The receptionist over the phone was unprofessional and curt. There was a need to speak to a specific person and she (the receptionist) initially refused to transfer the call over. Later when reaching the person needed to be reached, she was obstinate and uncooperative when attempting to speak with her. This is the only branch I experienced that would not follow necessary protocol regarding what was needed in this specific matter. To summarize, if you want polite help that is professional do not come here!!

Keri needs counseling herself, WORST place ever!!!

Very unprofessional. Counselor named Keri just miss appts without contacting their patient or giving them a call back. Their answering machine just "deletes voicemails." front desk lady claims. Girl at front desk is rude always on her phone or more worried about having a non related work conversation with her co worker then the patients waiting at the front window. Mentioned it to them and tried saying I was the one being rude and then proceeded to point her finger in my face and scream at a 22 year old. Seems like the counselors here need the counseling here more then the patients! extremely disappointed, will not be going back.

Meggan Aldridge- Tiller (Megg)

This is an out pt tx cntr for those who want to be drug free and leave the past behind them. Offers counseling for mental health, AOD, marital, and juvenile counseling session as well. You can do the MAT program with Suboxone or the Vivitrol injection. You can get a session with the mental health clinician, she's a nurse practitioner and listens very well and really trys to get the right medicine for any mental health disorder. Participate in group sessions and then work your way down to the last step, which is the maintenance sessions and then you only have to see the Doctor one time a month and attend counseling session as often as you and your individual counselor decide is necessary.
