Had an idea in mind what I was looking for and Courtney was just wonderful! She found the chairs I wanted and was able to order the chaise I wanted as well. She made sure I was comfortable with everything before purchasing and we discovered the pillows from chaise will match beautifully with the chairs. Definitely recommend asking for Courtney!

My sister and I stopped in the Marion store location. We were immediately greeted but we said we were just looking . I found a table lamp and Jessie our sales associate was so friendly and helpful! She then helped my sister look for bar stools taking her time to print out different styles that Ashley furniture sells and then showed her several styles on display at the store! Again we couldn’t of asked for anyone nicer ! Plus the time she took to answer all of our questions !!! Thanks Jessie!!!!!’

Nick was very courteous and acted very professional when we were at Ashley’s. Found the lift chair we wanted and got an awesome deal on it. Almost all our furniture is from this store. We are moving to Virginia in 13 days and we will definitely miss this store and the employees inside!!!

Staff are very friendly! Dealt with two sales persons. Both were kind and considerate. In Feb of this year Carlie showed us several pieces that were in the family of items we were looking for. She spent a good bit of time with us and although we did not buy anything at that time she was extremely helpful. When we returned today we were assisted by Heather. She, likewise, was very friendly and courteous. We actually ordered the item we were shown today. It was one of the two items we had not decided between back in February. Great teamwork ladies! We greatly appreciate the patience shown by both of you. A truly excellent experience!
