I wish I had read reviews before I had ordered a package sent through DHL. It seems like my package will just be lost in the void and the customer service hotline is the absolutely useless. If you live in DFW and your package comes through this center, good luck!

There are some wonderful workers there, but management does not value them. It’s the fact that there is so much hate, discrimination, and unprofessionalism in the encoding department (this is 2nd shift). HR never listens to workers concerns about their work environment, and they never resolve any problems. I believe that this could be a better work environment, if they would realize that the Supervisors and trainees are the problem. But I don’t think it’ll ever get better, because they have so much favoritism. So if you want to work somewhere, where they value you as a person and your work ethic; this is not the place.

Called to ask if I could pick up my package and she kept saying no, and I brought up the bad reviews and that I was worried I wouldn’t receive it and she hung up on me.😳 terrible customer service!

Bad service they demand punctuality but if you arrive before they don't unload until they feel like it
