Ordered their special in the restaurant and despite not being much of a fish eater I would order that again!! 10/10 best fish I've ever had. 😋 WARMED POOL, Hot tub and an even hotter sauna! Cannot go wrong taking a dip in any of them. Had a blast throwing some darts in the bar at the end of the night. The shower in the room is a little shorter than the average person. So a slight squat was required. :( And the breakfast was very disappointing.

Definitely pros and cons here PROS -Above & Beyond Management -Location -Pool Area CONS -Room not fully clean/minor maintenance issues on arrival -Construction -Showing it's age/weathering inside and out -Breakfast options Managers I dealt with are that for a reason, absolutely above and beyond. I would stay again

I've been here for almost 2 yrs because of my job. The front desk staff, Shannon, Wendy, and Brandy were the greatest as the rest of the ladies were. They always made time for alil conversation and always answered any questions about the area. I have my dog with me and they spoiled my lab big time which my dog didn't mind a bit. The restaurant manager Julie does her job above and beyond as her servers do as well. Never a bad experience the time I've been here. The bar staff, Gina the main bartender always made a person feel at home and was always up for good conversation and fun. The other bartenders ( sorry can't remember names) were the same way. My room was always kept clean by house keeping staff. If something broke, maintenance was always there to fix it in a timely manner. My over all experience was amazing. If I work up in the Superior Wisconsin area again, I will definitely use this hotel as my first choice. Thank you staff for making my stay comfortable as possible

Horrible place to stay! My room was not clean at check in. The bathroom had no counter top, the toilet had remains of feeces in it, the wall paper on the walls are falling off, mold in the bathroom as well! Fan in room was extremely loud. Kids were running up and down the hall all evening, even got ding dong ditched! I should of spent the extra 20 and stayed somewhere else. Booked this cause it was on an island and close to the water, but was not worth it and will never stay again! Do not recommend unless it's your last resort! The shops in the town are close and that was the only positive of this hotel! Too bad because you could tell it used to be something nice and family friendly😏
