The staff here were really kind and cheerful. The rooms have been painted, they've installed new furniture, artwork, and carpet which all looks good. The pool area and breakfast area were immaculate. Make no mistake, this is not a brand new, trendy hotel so if that is important to you, you may not be happy here. Nevertheless, like I said, it has been nicely updated inside. Also, the location is great! Definitely would stay here again.

We traveled eight hours to get to the area. We were there for graduation. The accommodations were amazing the pool was wonderful the breakfast was great the staff was so helpful with anything we needed. We met up with family and had an amazing time thank you Best Western you rock

Horrible experience. Will never be back ever! The tvs and phones did not work in any rooms for the two nights of our stay. The second night the power went out. Mind you it was 20° outside and most of the rooms did not have heat. When approaching the front desk lady she pretty much said it's not her problem and what's the difference between the power going out at your own home to the power going out here. What???? The rooms by the pools where flooded with water. We stood for 20 min waiting to check in as their was no one at the front desk to check anyone in. Just a note saying I will be back shortly. Do not recommend a stay here.

Really disappointed with our stay at this hotel. The only reason I’m giving it 2 stars instead of 1 is because Jackie at the front desk was very sweet and helpful. We stayed here with a group from out of town and there was a water leak in the room next to us. All of our clothes were drenched and some of our friends had to be moved to different rooms in the middle of the night (some of which were already occupied). I was able to get them to move us to a different room for the second night, but when we checked out they charged us for the upgraded price of the second room. We have called the front desk and the General Manager 5+ times since we left a week ago and have left 2 voicemails, and have not gotten a single response back. Multiple people in our group have gotten a refund/partial refund, but they won’t even call us back to talk about it. The only thing we’ve gotten was a refund for the upgraded room charge. Absolutely terrible customer service, you’d think you’d want to handle the situation promptly to make sure people will come back.

Check in is any time after 3pm and check out ends at 12noon
There is a grill in the patio area. Not all rooms have microwaves and refrigerators. But any king rooms or rooms in the pool area do.
