The team seems to have improved over the last six months or so. They seem more attentive to both the clients and repair of the equipment. They seem to be doing a good job of walking new people around to show them the equipment available. The cleaning crew does much better. They seem to walk the floors more which assist in the clients wiping down equipment more and putting some weights up. It might keep more of the strange lurkers from making females and elderly people feel uncomfortable. I still feel like a video should play on a couple of TV sets showing what is expected by everyone in 24 Hour Fitness. Too many people opperate equipment wrong, ineffective or unsafe. Some also try to work too many different major machines as an individual without courtesy of others.

1. Equipment is not maintained the equipment is wobbly to be specific weight benches and exercise machines - be very weary for your safety. 2. Overcrowded and no wipes or spray available to wipe down 👎 machines 3. Not an updated club 4. No cleaning attendant present so bathrooms are not maintained

I don’t believe this location provides complimentary towels. They DO provide “Paper Towels” to sanitize the equipment, along with a spray bottle. Nevertheless, if it doesn’t gross you out, you can use the paper towel to wipe off excess sweat.

Sign up online at 24 Hour Fitness’ website and there should be a section for a Free Day Pass. Once you finish providing them with your info, there should be a confirmation email, and you take your ID (must have, any type of ID) and your email confirmation to the gym you placed as “home”.
