Positive: It had everything we needed and my kids loved the pool and breakfast. Negative: Hotel was great over all. There were a few signs of age in the carpets and some furniture but overall it was fine.

Positive: The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was excellent. Negative: Even though I signed a paper at check-in asking for room cleaning, there was no maid service. I was told they typically only clean "once every 5 days." For a 2 day stay, why did I sign the paper? Not a big deal, but this isn't an "extended-stay" hotel.

The hotel is clean and quiet. Beds are comfortable the rooms and have quite a bit of space. The staff is friendly and breakfast is included. I’ve stayed here a few times now and I’ll definitely be back!

It’s clear the main amenity, housekeeping, is disappearing from this normally reputable hotel chain. I stayed at this hotel for one night. At first glance everything in the room looked good as you would expect, but the more I looked around, the more I wanted to leave. There were various hairs in the bed I had just turned, hairs in a towel and wash cloth, and the bathroom mirror had a large constellation of some kind of red sticky gunk sprayed on it. It was late when I discovered all this and just went to bed. The following morning I enjoyed the breakfast that was clean, diverse and well-stocked. When I checked out I mentioned to the clerk the issues I had in the room. She didn’t apologize or offer anything to make up for the discomfort I had during my stay, even though there’s a card in the room that guarantees a comfortable stay or they’ll make it right.
