Costumer Service Its terrible they talk to you in a very disrespectful way someone else added their license place in my account transponder they kept taking money out of my checking account i found out i was paying for someone else’s pay-tolls they did nothing to fix the problem they kept charging me even after i called them and told them to stop this is a Complete Scam and no one to help you.

Agree with everyone else. Intentionally collecting late fees through this convoluted process. Ask to speak to the manager. I got my late fees wiped by raising he!!. This is absolutely ridiculous. Let’s let them know what they’re doing HAS to be illegal.

I agree with Mr. Montgomery, please check on the authority who has jurisdiction over the roadway. Good luck
As an added note, the funds for the closed account could be merged into mothers I pass account but not a sibling.
I do it all the time. I use to have a transponder that went on the front of the car, over the plate. The thing kept going out so, now I'm back to the one in the window on the inside . Your account will stay the same. They will just deactivate the old one and activate the new one. You can see it on line,so if you haven't set up you account on line do so.
The I pass is.
I am not sure about the reopen date. I was told to pay online.

I ended up using the 'pay by plate' option.
Pay online at illinoistollway.com
It will not show up like that. You need to pay by the plaza number, with the date, time, and your plate number. The system will match it up. Again, you will not see a record on the toll you missed listed on the site says "you missed these tolls". It is your responsibility to know time, location, date and pay for the missed toll. If you pay for the wrong time and date it will not match and you will get a violation. I dont like the system but that is how it works. Good luck.
You call someone about this problem somebody will call the police. Get a lawyer since you are not clear on what you are really asking.
This is Google location reviews and questions/ statements like this should be placed directly on the Ipass page. 99% of the responses here will come from individuals not associated with Ipass. The easy solution is to leave the IL transponder in your IL residence when you travel south.
First, learn to put a sentence together that makes sense please. I cannot understand what you're asking
