You can set up an account online as well.. I personally live close to the headquarters and I do not do the automatic refill as I got double charged a few times...but they fixed it.. Donna whatever you choose its up to you.. If you are not a frequent user of the system ..i would just purchase a unit from the walgreens I am not sure if they sell them off the shelf anymore .. Buy one online or go inside the headquarters ..whwn not using it put foil arroundvit to prevent accidental charges...i had a unit inside my glove box and one in the window I got charged on both didnt even know it till I looked at my account.. You can purchase a transponder at any Jewel Store or visit the Headquarters on Ogden Ave in Downers Grove.

All the above answers are correct. The only issue with headquarters would be their Office hours. The most convenient are the oasis and the Jewel/osco stores.
