I received a Chicago toll fine from a Wisconsin collection agency. They are showing a license number that is not ours. Can I go to the Illinois toll headquarters I'm Downers Grove to have them look into this?

Make sure it originated from Illinois State Toll Authority...it might be Chicago Skyway.

You can't go wrong going there. It would certainly clear up any concerns.
