Man I don't care what you see outside. Once you're inside staff work with you to resolve your issue. Also, food pantry 10am - (takes lunch @12-1pm) closes at 5pm.

I contacted Respond Now for rental assistance for my daughter. At least to ask questions on what to do or if she needed to come in for help or to fill out an application. Since the beginning of the month she’s been given the run around. Call center doesn’t work. She has called. Multiple times. Called and was on hold for two hours. Another time as soon as 8am they stated they weren’t taking any more calls etc. Waited for so long just to receive help. (She has called multiple times. Has been proactive with needing help and talking with people). I’ve donated to this facility years ago, I’ve given food, clothing, volunteer time and money. Met with Carl Wolf when I came. Each time he was eager to see me and accept whatever I had but this time avoided talking to me when my daughter needed assistance. Ignored my emails and passed them on to someone else without even a hello how are you? It’s SAD!!!!! How can you be the executive director in an establishment that helps and supports others and lack human dignity to even act as if you’re concerned? A simple acknowledgment. Instructions on what to do, how to do it. What will happen, what can happen in this case. After going back and forth all this time we are told they aren’t taking anymore referrals. I put these people on my business pages years ago promoting them and everything. It’s sad. After reading these reviews I see it isn’t just us. This is a problem across the board that I was not aware of. I regret. Sidebar: When you volunteer at a place or give to a place you don’t do it thinking one day you may need them yourself. No one thinks to themselves oh I’m doing this because I may need them in the future. It makes you feel good though knowing that you have and hopefully now that you are in need they will be able to assist you. Not treat you like the money is coming out of their pockets/purses and how dare you even ask. I’ve been able to see both sides of this coin now and I’m not impressed.

I was evicted in April. Got a referral from Catholic Charities. Three calls to Respond Now and nobody ever called me back.
