I had a couple of cases from them. Very terrible to work with. Too bossy and not understanding. I feel like i was being set up for fasle info. Very discamatied with someone who has a mental disbality. They act like ur stupid when u are a frist time parent. Their attuide is rude when u ask a truthful question. They tried to make you look bad on purpose. Worst experince ever.

Agree, get them into counselors. If the facts can be proven, have the person arrested. It is not a good situation either way.

What can I do if my daughters mom is using an illegal drug but I'm hearing it as a hear say and she hasn't had a stable living in over a year bouncing from place to place living with friends and has physical custody of our daughter? Thoughts?

You can call the hotline and they have 24 hours to investigate. I would hire an attorney to start fighting for custody. Good luck.
