Go to the emergency room or call 911 if you are experiencing SEVERE symptoms that are life-threatening. Symptoms include but are not limited to chest pain, loss of consciousness, difficulty breathing, severe head pain or injury, including loss of vision, uncontrolled bleeding, severe burns, broken bones, extreme pain, suspected drug overdose, attempted suicide. Children under 3 months who need immediate care should also be taken to an emergency room. For non-life-threatening minor health issues. Urgent Care at Aurora is a good place to receive care after hours, on weekends or holidays, or when your primary care provider isn’t available.
