This chain does not stand behind its product. Thought my wife's wedding ring 16 months ago. Already one stone lost and other prongs on the ring damaged. It was worn as any typical woman would wear a ring and not abused. When we went to have it fixed, we're told it is our responsibility to pay as the warranty was already up. For those of you who wish to purchase through someone who does not back their product feel free. My money will go elsewhere. Super disappointed with this establishment, but later found out they are associated with Jared. Food for thought, purchase jewelry from a professional Jeweler and not some strip mall sideshow.
