When the 888 number calls they will not leave a voicemail. You must call them at your convenience and tell them you need a paper copy sent to you. That takes 5 days
I got tested last Tuesday (11/17); arrived at around 11 and was tested at 3:30 as one of the last 40 or so people they accepted that day. Plan to be in line for at least 4 hours
