I spend 15 minutes just to look for the entrance door. When I went there, there is no space that I can sit on or I can drop my box, I was looking for anybody to help me take my box but nobody. I have to knock and scream so somebody can hear me and come in and take my box.

Since I had post and called with complaints we are now getting mail daily, which I am thankful for. We have had the same lady delivering and she does a good job. Hope things continue this way. So thanks for listening.
Cold Spot
So the carrier entered that my two packages had been delivered. But of course, they were not. I was literally sitting on my porch at the time of the supposed delivery. Calling the USPS customer service representative helped me discover that my packages are at the post office and scheduled for delivery the next day. Either do your job or don't do your job, but don't lie about doing your job. When I first ordered and saw USPS was responsible for the delivery, I had a bad feeling. Maybe I should buy some lottery tickets.

Contact your local post office and file a troubleshooting report
It's not just a pick-up, you can drop off packages/mail to send as well, as long as there is no postage due or weighing. True, you can't buy stamps or buy anything. No mailing supplies available
since I go in - all questions are answered by personnel, even if I have to wait a couple minutes. If there is info I can't get there, it's usually found on Google Search or Yelp. I can leave things at the window; so far all have been handled appropriately and timely.
