Website says they are open, it's almost 9 a.m. they open at 8 a.m. told to have a callback Tues or Weds, it's Thursday. Called them and they answering machine say they are closed. Have a 5 yr old and am being swept under the rug like they do. Window lady is rude. Unprofessional. And doesn't belong working with people in this kind of setting. Kankakee office sucks.

Every time I call the office, the same disappointing situation happens. I press the number for the different options the automated machine asks me to choose from & then once I get connected to a line the phone rings 3 or 4 times and then THE CALL DROPS!

How is it fair for people who dont have time to come in, call instead but we just get hung up on??
They never answer. You're better off just going up there, which sucks because you can end up waiting hours to talk to someone.
The best thing is to go up there and talk to them face to face. Its the only way you can get to the bottom of it.
