Update: Wayne is a nice guy, sometimes too nice. He doesnt know when to say no. He is very behind on orders and whoever is helping him answer the phone, does not know what they are doing. He is MONTHS, behind on orders. The Quality of his work is probably 4 out of 5 stars. I finally have my boots back after months. I got them back 9/30 after dropping them off 7/17. And i had to pester, and be a thorn in their side. I wouldnt say do not go to Waynes, but i did want to update my review. I dont think ill be changing the star rating because people need to know what theyre getting into. Wayne will do good work for you. But you will have to pester and beg for your boots to be done, and it will take months, if you are okay with that. Go here. Otherwise, find my original review below. Do not go here. The incompetence is astounding, I left my boots with them July 17th, I was originally Quoted 4-6 weeks which i was fine with, but I have called weekly since August 28th and they kept telling me that they haven't even started on them and that they would get to them as soon as possible, and they told me they were 4-6 weeks behind on orders and that it would be an additional 4-6 weeks because of that!!!! Then why didn't you quote me 8-12 weeks initially I would've gone to another shop!!!!! They are the most incompetent people I have ever worked with. Now at the time of this review, they just up and go on vacation, so my boots still aren't done and they won't be back until September 27th!!!!!! Do not go here, They will not take good care of your boots they won't be expeditious in taking care of you as a customer. Every time I've called in I have to tell them who I am, what my boots are, and my ticket number, even though I just called last week.

Dropped off my shoes September 27th ..paid..said wait 3 weeks ... Oct 11th I called said can't find my shoes... called Oct 12 can't find my shoes ... today Oct 15th I went up there and he said he talked to me on the phone and that he told me he found them and that I said I would pick them up on Saturday (today) I told him he did not call me... he insisted he did and went to get my shoes... he brought out someone elses shoes... the ln I had to look thru mountains of shoes in lobby to find mine ... not there ...then more in the back ... found them... still not done .. going back on Tuesday..not sure whats going on 😪 been doing business here for many years.

Dropped off four pairs of heels for repair. I was out of town when repair was complete, so my friend picked up. Returned home to find three pair of my shoes, and one pair that was definitely not what I had dropped off. They gave me someone else’s shoes!!! Not even a close match aside from size; mine are black Calvin Klein. They gave my friend beige heels from (if I recall correctly) Nine West. Would really like MY shoes back.
