the people in this building are awesome! I came in the store with a major issue and they helped me get it resolved in a matter of minutes! Jennifers customer service is unmatched and she needs a raise regardless because she was great. the young man at the counter was incredibly nice and this business seems to be a well oiled machine. i will definitely return to uhaul in the event i need their services.

As im writing this, ive been waiting 20 minutes for propane. Ive been acknowledged twice by two separate workers. They say its busy, but im not seeing the traffic. If you cant dedicate workers to a part of your business, then maybe that shouldnt be a part of your business.

Really depends on availability for the rental when you want it. The day I showed up they did not have a certain size trailer available but they arranged for a trailer at another nearby location. Reserve in advance will help ensure they have what you want when you need it.

They charge by the day according to the size of the truck. You have a base price, surcharges for various things, and you are responsible for bringing the rental back with the same amount of fuel it left with or you can pay a premium price for them to refuel it. I would recommend giving yourself at least an hour cushion when you tell them how long you need the rental. It doesnt cost any more during the booking but they tried to charge me another day over 15 minutes even though I called them to tell them I was running a few minutes behind and then sat in the turn lane outside the place forever trying to get that beast across Saturday traffic. The matter did get straightened out,
