Recruiter Ms. Paris and the front office clerk is a very poor choice of representation of Simos. Came all the way from Dallas to irving/Las colinas just to be told to wait a week to be called. Waited a week no call. Call again the office clerk tells another lie "ms Paris is making a decision to select candidates ". It's a temp service everybody is selected doedoe. The front office clerk was just being RUDE, & SMART. Oh as far as Ms Paris, she will email u and you will NEVER GET TO TALK TO HER, Although she's a recruiter. Make it make sense. Honesly Simos needs better representation and a better staff. They're scaring ppl away. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. OH N IF U DONT GOT THE GAS MONEY TO WASTE, DONT EVEN GO. BC THEY WILL MAKE N HAVE U WASTING YOUR TIME N GAS.

I would highly recommend leaving a complaint with workforce services and the BBB against this company. They use personal information for ill intent. Haleigh Castillo (Hispanic woman) who is always rude and doesn’t seem to know how to communicate with humans like they’re equal, can not be trusted. I’m not sure how any huge business like SIMOS would allow a person to run the business down and possibly face a huge lawsuit for reasons not listed above.

They been emailing me and texting me all week like crazy about them hiring immediately, I live in Fort Worth, Texas so i had to call a lyft to get to the simos company back and forth from Keller, Texas ( coming out of pockets). So I've get up there just to get talked to crazy about the job process and get told that they gone text me and dont call them back! They told me they gone let me know when my background check gone come back even though they had my application, I had my state ID and social security card. To turn out when I called them, they told me they couldn't find my name in the system and that I have to reapply again. I highly don't recommend this company to no one, they wasted my time and money! They don't even deserve 1 star.
