I took my husband's buck knife sheath to this shop for a missing snap. It has been over two months. I went back and asked him several weeks ago if it was done. He asked if he had texted me yet. He hadn't. He said don't contact him, he's busy and he will get to it when he can. I am going today to pick it up. Done or not. Very poor customer service and communication. Very hard location to get to as well.

I brought in a leather tool belt that was clearly 50yrs old (from my electrician dad). It ripped after years of wear. Rob and his wife did an awesome job. My son is now proudly wearing this item. Price was very appropriate and it was completed at a very reasonable time frame. Thanks guys!

I've given business to this place twice ...cleaning of cream colored Ugg boots was "ok" job! Then repair of zipper in an expensive leather wallet in which the repair lasted two days! Attempted to give business third time in which he was to to add protective covering to the bottom of two pair of Red Bottom shoes. His customer service was the WORSE and in fact, I sensed he didn't want nor need the business. He stated he had enough business to last the next 17 to 18 days! Perhaps that is why he was rude, insensitive and downright nasty or perhaps he was angered to see a black woman bring in two pair of brand new shoes worth over $2000 ....uhmmmm. Either way, he obviously didn't want nor deserve my business so I took my shoes and left never to return!
