The entire staff is caring and professional. They always take the time to listen and answer my many questions.

They have a unique sign up system for an appointment. That helps if you need to get in quickly. The vet was very professional and friendly. The staff were great. Reasonable prices. I just found my new vet

Wonderful doctor and staff. But since COVID you can't wait in the waiting room. They put out a sign in sheet at 8am. I was the 8th on the list and waited just over 2 1/2 hours in the parking lot with 2 crazy dogs. That needs to change. Please.

First time I've been there with Saturday they have a policy that they only take 13 sign ups there's a sheet in front they put it out at 8:00a.m then you have to be waiting in the parking lot by 9:00 a.m. .well they do not take new patience on the weekends, only from Mondays to Thursdays and you have to come in and sign up. Well I brought my dog there Monday this was suggested by my regular vet because they take in walk-ins and everybody was very nice everyone was very compassionate towards the issues my pet was having the vet is a very good listener and very gentle with my dog.

Best animal hospital around most reasonable prices and with professional care and concern
Capable to others but doctor is so gentle. My girl didn't even know that she got it!
We had 2 dogs for many years and always took them to Summit Animal Hospital. Our female dog started wheezing and when they were getting their shots I asked the girl at the desk to tell the doctor to check her out ( this was during Covid when they weren't letting people into the building). We never got a response about the wheezing. It got worse and we took her to Oak Lawn Animal Hospital. The doctor there diagnosed her with congestive heart failure and said she had a very distinct heart murmur which she must have had for years. It's amazing that in 9 years of taking her to Summit we were never told she had a heart murmur. By the time we found out about the CHF it was in the end stages, and our dog passed away a few months later . I give Oak Lawn Animal Hospital a thumbs up and will never go back to Summit!
First come first serve
I'm not really sure. I'd think you take it to Animal Welfare or Paws.
