The work that was done on my car was good, but I had an 11am appointment. I arrived just before 11am, but had to wait almost 20 minutes for someone to check me in. I was told my car would be done between 12:30 PM and 1:00 PM. I waited in the lobby. I watched many customers come in after me and leave before me. My car was not ready until 2:50 PM. I was there for almost 4 hrs. That was waaaaay too long and it messed up my day. They gave me a 10% discount for the inconvenience, but it wasn't nearly enough for what I went through, in my honest opinion. Other than that, the service representatives were all friendly.

If I can give them 0 stars i would!! But I will never recommend this dealer how would you sell a vehicle with the airbag not working and other issues!!! vehicle was fine once the month hits it started showing service lights and one of them was the airbag.i took it to the gmc mechanic but they recommend me to take it to the Jeep!! I took it the jeep to get it checked said there was no air bag it was just weird toghterI did call GMC no help they just didn't believe what i daid I do have the receipt from the Jeep they could at least refunded what I paid for that airbag I could of sue Them if I had an accident Thank you for Nothing
