Called and booked an appointment on 8/31 I was told to come Thursday September 4 at 3pm. I drove 40 minutes arrived at 2:54pm. I get there the woman was like I close at 6pm, go ok. My confirmed appointment is 3:30pm. She tells me again she closes at 6pm and she has a client. O am trying to figure out what her closing 3 hours from now have to do with my appointment

The website says they are open until 9pm, no signage on the door indicating they close at 6. Walked in at 5:50 and was told they were closed and I needed to come back tomorrow. If you're closed then lock your door...but once I'm in dont kick me out
