The amount of space is great but they do not set up tables and chairs which cuts into our paid time to setup and decorate for our party. So be aware of this in advance because they do not tell you this when you are paying. I don't mind this part, but just a heads up you have break down and put everything back once you are done which cuts into more time we paid for the party. They don't allow you to go a little early before to at least get some time to put out chairs and tables. And they don't give you more time afterwards to break down. It all has to be done within the time frame you paid for. So just be aware of this when you reserve a spot. Its annoying but I guess that is part of the business we won't be coming back to this spot or any other recreations for future parties but the space is great.The policy to not help set up tables and chairs; then cut into customers time for us to setup and breakdown is a total loss. At least give us a 15 minute window before and after to setup and break down if we have to do it ourself.
