My experience at this this location is usually positive. Today not so much. I ordered a side of Tomato Basil soup and what I got was quite disgusting. The soup looked more like burnt chili and tasted even worse. This soup must have been sitting for a long time and was well past its lifespan. Whoever served this should be ashamed of themselves. I took one bite and the rest went in the trash. At least the rest of the meal was good.

Super disappointed to have to order from my phone with hungry kids hanging off me while staff is literally standing around. By the time I was done ordering I was already there 10 mins. I will not be back as this is ridiculously inconvenient. This isn’t a covid policy any longer because no one working is masking. And likely not a staffing issue when there were 7 people working and I was the only customer.

This is nothing new but unfortunately ordering online only at this location is. Having 3 staff stare at me while they require me to order online for 10 minutes is definitely not convincing that they can't handle in store orders. They are also denying cash at this location during this time, last thing to note is that a lady walked in the door and left immediately after finding out it was online only. It is extremely disappointing to see this happen to one of the more decent eating establishments considering how we stopped in everyday. If this is a recurring thing they will no longer have our support saving me 100s a month on noodles even I spend it elsewhere.

Food was fast and warm. It came out faster than was promised. Noodles were perfect.It means a lot that you would take the time to leave us this great review. We hope to have the chance to serve you again soon!
