Absolutely terrible customer service! I just called and the guy who took the call didn't let me explain myself. I said, "Good morning" and he just answered with "what is your date of travel to see if I can help?" Didn't let me explain what was the reason for my call or anything! I had to tell him to let me talk first to see if he could help or not. For a rush or not rush passport, This is not how you do business. Sorry but I won't recommend this place!

I had 7 days before my trip to Somalia 🇸🇴, it was very important that I make this trip so I can buy the boat I won in an auction earlier that month. I needed my Passport renewed and I called up placing my order and the whole legal passport company was a huge help!!!!!!
