Melody has been invaluable to my self-growth over the past 2 years. When I started therapy, I was struggling with the anxieties of being a female in my 20s and the aftermath of a painful breakup. Melody was effective in helping me articulate my emotions by asking me pointed questions that allowed me to be thoughtful about the root cause of my feelings. Above all, I genuinely felt that Melody cared for me and my well-being. Ultimately, I am really grateful for our time together because Melody helped equip me with the tools I needed to be a more thoughtful and introspective person. I have grown tremendously from our sessions. Thank you, Melody!

I highly recommend Melody because of her honesty, empathy, and passion for helping others. I appreciate how well she connects with others in a grounded and open-minded way. At particularly difficult or significant life changes in my life, it has been such a comfort to have Melody patiently listen and provide insightful input to help me along the way. Her perspective is refreshing and it is very clear how passionate she is about helping others.

What insurance do you accept?

Thank you for your question, Toni. I only accept private payment. Private payment provides you with the benefits of confidentiality, which I value highly. As an out-of-network provider, I do not bill insurance companies directly but I am happy to provide you with monthly receipts that you can submit for reimbursement. Please ask your insurance company about their out-of-network benefits towards mental health counseling. It may also be important to ask about your deductible.
